A lot of people have been asking me how much of the bentos P actually eats. Some days she does a great job and other days, not so much even though I always try to pack things I know she likes and will generally eat. This is how much came home from this particular lunch. I think she did a pretty decent job with this one although she did complain to me that the cantaloupe wasn't sweet which is why she didn't eat it. Sigh.

About us

I'm a full-time working mom of 2:
"P" is my 3 year old preschooler and most of these bentos are for her.
"C" is my 10 month old baby who just loves to eat.

P just started preschool in January so we're new to the "lunch-packing" business. It's hard coming up with things to pack that are healthy (or relatively healthy :P), safe to eat at room temp, not too time consuming, and interesting to a picky 3 year old. Needless to say, I can use all the help I can get! Please share your ideas with me as I'd love to hear them!
